This versatile OMPT Spine Tool can be used in many ways, by both the clinician and the patient. This tool should be used at the recommendation of an OMPT to counteract the effects of slumping, treat increased thoracic kyphosis (hyperkyphosis), dowager’s hump, and to help with upper back pain caused from muscular and structural mechanical dysfunction. This tool can used to assist in glenohumeral joint mobilizations, scapulo-thoracic joint mobilizations, rib and thoracic spine mobilizations. Spine Tool may be warmed up in the microwave or placed in the freezer to provide hot or cold therapy during treatment.
